I really wanted to like this, but the price was just feel way too high for what it is. Even the replacement filters are costing a lot, which kind of surprised me. For what you get, it just doesn’t felt like a good value at all

I’m disappointed with this. The pitcher and filter felt kind of cheap right out of the box, and after using it for a short time, it just wasn’t working the way I expected. What made it more confusing is the email says one thing, but the product info/experience seems like another, so I wasn’t really sure what to believe. For the price, I expected much better quality.

The billing part was frustrating. The amount I was charged wasn’t the same as what I saw at checkout, which threw me off. I mean, it wasn’t even a big order, but still, that kind of thing matters. Then I had to go back and forth just to get a straight answer, and by then I was already annoyed. I don’t know, maybe it was a glitch or something, but it definitely makes me hesitant to order again if the total can just change like that.

The filter itself was fine, no real complaints there. But the return process was more annoying than it needed to be. I had to follow up twice, and the refund took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a total nightmare, but it definitely felt like they weren’t in any rush to give the money back. Kind of gave me the impression they’re more focused on keeping your money than making the process easy for customers.

Water tastes good. Setup was easy. No real issues there. My only complaint is the filter life. Mine slowed down sooner than I expected, and replacements aren’t cheap. Maybe my water is extra hard. Still felt short. Good product. Just wish the filters lasted longer

The site itself looked fine, but the checkout process was really frustrating. Pages kept loading slowly, and the coupon I had wouldn’t apply properly even though it should have. What should’ve been a quick order ended up taking way too long. I finally got through it, but I’m annoyed enough that I’d want this looked into or escalated, because a simple checkout shouldn’t be this much of a headache.

I was hoping this adapter would work with my older kitchen faucet, but it just didn’t match up with the fixture. Bummer. Had to look for another option.

I bought this thinking it would make my water taste cleaner, but i didn’t really notice much of a difference. It still had that same tap water taste after filtering, which was disappointing.

I also tried checking it with a cheap TDS meter, and the numbers barely changed. I know that doesn’t measure everything, actually, maybe it’s not the best way to judge a filter, but it still made me feel like it wasn’t doing much.

For the price, I expected a lot better. Maybe other people had a better experience with it, but for me, it just felt like a waste of money.

I really wanted this Clearly Filtered pitcher to just be an easy thing to use, but it started leaking after light use. Every time I pour, water drips from around the lid or edge, so instead of just filling a glass, I’m wiping down the counter like it’s some whole process.

I tried taking it apart and putting it back together, thinking maybe something wasn’t seated right, but it still leaks. For the price, this should not be this fussy. Maybe I got a bad one, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

I’m so disappointed. I barely got to use it before it stopped working, and I was just standing there like, seriously? It felt like it gave up on life after five minutes. Definitely did not last long at all.

I do feel good about not going through so many plastic water bottles anymore, which is the main reason I wanted this. But I also have this nagging feeling that it’s not totally as eco-friendly as it could be. The filters still have to be replaced, and I wasn’t really sure what to do with them after. Plus the packaging had more plastic than I expected. It’s not bad, and I definitely like the idea, but something about it just feels halfway there. I’d give it 3 stars.

I bought the pitcher and, i did like it at first. But the replacement filters are just... never available whenever I look. They’re either sold out or delayed, and after a while it gets frustrating. I guess the pitcher works fine, but it’s kind of pointless if I can’t actually keep using it...

The box arrived crushed and looked like it had been through a rough trip, haha. Thankfully it made it here, but the packaging definitely looked handled badly.

I wanted to like Clearly Filtered. I really did. But the testing info was hard to check. I found claims and summaries, not full recent lab reports. For water I drink every day, I need clearer proof. Maybe it’s fine. I just didn’t feel great about the transparency.

I’m still waiting for this to get resolved, and every time I reach out to support, I just get these vague updates that don’t really say anything. it’s starting to feel like they’re avoiding giving me a straight answer, which makes me a little suspicious about what’s actually going on.

I was hoping this would fix the taste, but the water still tastes bad to me. If you’re thinking about trying it, I’d suggest checking your water source first or asking around locally to see what’s worked for others in your area...

I did get the filter set up eventually, but it took me a little longer than I expected. The instructions were mostly okay, but a few parts were kind of hard to describe — just not as clear as they could’ve been, so I had to go back and reread them a couple times. Once it was installed, it worked fine and I didn’t have any leaks or issues. I just wish the setup had been a bit more straightforward. Not bad overall, but not exactly the easiest either.

I don’t get why it was such a hassle to manage my subscription online. It should’ve been a quick two-minute thing, but nope — I ended up having to chase support just to get it sorted. Really annoying, especially when this kind of stuff should be simple by now...
